The EOS factory is well equipped to cater for the demands of a modern construction industry, the demand for precision built off-site products requires modern manufacturing processes. Our sophisticated roll forming mills have framing technology embedded into the machine technology and allow us to produce self jigging framing components ready for assembly, eliminating the need to manually cut the components to size.
Once the panels have been designed using our 3D Vertex modelling software they are up loaded directly to the roll forming machines and the frames are produced using the CNC technology embedded in the machines.
Each stud is identified with an ink jet printer to match the assembly drawing and every frame has a bar coded sticker attached which identifies the project, frame number, order number and location on the GA drawing.
All of our products are manufactured to rigorous quality standards, in-state-of-the-art manufacturing which are fully compliant with ISO 9001:2001.
