At EOS we use the revolutionary E-Frame system to deliver your projects on time and to budget. The system uses lightweight cold rolled galvanised steel section and provides flexibility of using a novel technique, allowing the fabrication of fully framed panels that do not require jigging!
This system, unlike any other, offers total versatility and allows the design team total freedom in the architectural design of our projects.
Once fully designed, our sophisticated software will electronically transfer the information to our roll forming machines where we are able to manufacture to accuracies that exceed industry norms.
Warm frame construction
We understand that efficiency is one of your top priorities. That is why all of our light gauge steel framing is insulated on the outside of the frame, creating a warm frame construction. This type of construction keeps the dew-point temperature on the outside of the inner leaf so to avoid any risk of interstitial condensation.
