Floor Panel;
Joists are formed from C sections and the rim joist is also formed from a C section. These C sections are swaged on each end and the corresponding stud or track has a lip cut to accept the swaged member to create a connection. This connection is then screwed at specific dimple locations to create an engineered floor panel. Mid noggins are staggered and only inserted into the floor if it is pre determined by the engineering. Support noggins for non load bearing walls are inserted at 600c/c’s to support the base and head on a non load bearing panel.
