EOS Facade Panel
Terminology:
Studs are formed from C sections generally and the track is formed from a C section. These C sections are swaged on each end and the corresponding stud or track has a lip cut to accept the swaged member to create a connection. This connection is then screwed at specific dimple locations to create an engineered EOS Facade Panel. All the doubled studs, integral and external bracing and other elements are assembled in the factory.
These panels are design and engineered accordingly.
Application:
The EOS Facade Panel is used as an infill panel system to a primary framework consisting of a hot rolled or concrete structure. To carry external finishes Brick Render, Terracotta, Composite Cladding, Rain screens. The deflection required in these panels is achieved by using brackets that are securely fixed to the primary framework as per the necessary details and structural calculations.
The EOS Facade Panel requires a site survey to be carried out by the client on the drawings supplied by EOS design office and actual dimension required indicated on the drawing that is issued back to EOS design office so that the EOS Facade Panels can be processed into manufacture.
