EOS Component
The EOS components are designed to exacting methods required in offsite manufacturing. If you require, you can work with our in house design team who will take you through our unique processes.
Terminology:
Unassembled designed panels for client manufacturing/ application, (Flat Pack). Studs are formed from C sections generally and the track is formed from a C section. These C sections are swaged on each end and the corresponding stud or track has a lip cut to accept the swaged member to create a connection. This connection is then screwed at specific dimple locations to create a panel by the client. All the doubled studs, integral and external bracing and other elements are manufactured in the factory and are bundled to the required schedule.
Application;
The components that have been manufactured are then sent bundled as a series of components to form a panel to the client or clients facility to be assembled.
The design of the EOS Component panel is generally to drawings supplied by the client.

Service Holes:
All Panel and Component parts can have service holes pre-punched in the factory as part of the manufacturing process. All penetrations can be placed to specific client requirements both horizontally and vertically. The size of penetration across the 65, 100 150 section is 32mm diameter. The 100 section has an added 65mm diameter punch.
NOTE: Locations in structural frames have zones in which penetrations cannot be located; these are high-lighted on a scheme by scheme basis.
