This project involved the development of a listed 1930s theatre build to create 40 stunning new apartments. Blending the old with the new was a complex process; new structural elements had to be incorporated without affecting the existing building. With EOS load bearing systems this could be accomplished to the high standard required.

Copenhagen Place, in London, is a development of 135 apartment units, 5 storeys high and dispersed over 5 blocks. With light gauge steel frame the apartment blocks could be completed in 8 weeks. Traditional methods can take double the amount of time, decreasing time on site, and the cost to the end user.
