The project
The project we have currently worked with EOS to complete includes 21 town houses, offices and commercial units within NEQ in Brighton.
A further project is the 20 story ‘Oxygen Building’ at Queen Victoria Dock.
The design
On this scheme for panels, EOS delivered the metal in “stud & track” format.
We worked closely with the team so that our site operative would carry out a site survey, and would provide a schedule, or cutting list, giving EOS the height and how many studs we wanted per elevation, and how many tracks were required.
EOS would then enter manufacture to this cutting list and deliver within 5 working days. We were then able to form the panel using the pre-determined stud lengths to suit the opening.
The benefits
Key benefits of light gauge steel frame include the ability to deliver projects rapidly, giving the end client rapid results. The overall cost of construction is low, and the client is happy!
