The design process
The client electronically sends detailed drawings to the EOS team, who interpret them utilising frame CAD. The system then provides semi-automated high quality and timely production.
The steel is fully engineered with service holes and joining holes ready for assembly by the client on site.
The benefits
This means the client can use their own joiners to assemble the frames without much training. This gives the client flexibility within their own factory, as delivery can be flat pack, part or fully assembled. Our solutions are engineered to make life easier.
'Speed of turnaround is a key benefit to light gauge steel frame. The material enables a very rigid structure. After moving from using timber to using steel we are able to appreciate that this gives us a very strong structure for hanging toilet systems and shower pods.'
Further to this the lead time for LGSF is no more than 7 days. We moved away from timber 3 years ago due to the speed of construction we can gain with light gauge steel frame.
Our relationship
We have a very good cross party communication between companies. Nigel interacts with the factory floor, Lisa with accounts, and Steve with the director. It is a very good working relationship where we even play host to each other with evening entertainment!
