The project
A student accommodation project completed by EOS and Farpod ltd last year was named Sheffield 1 for client Ocon Construction Ltd. The project consisted of 10 blocks over 64 levels with 530 student bed accommodations.
Design process
The design process was completed by Ocon construction LTD with all designs complied through architects.

Relationship
Our relationship with EOS is very good and friendly. We find the team helpful and very user friendly.The relationship EOS build is everything you need. We are able to talk to them, discuss the design with them and we are given the answer. When working together you gain confidence in the project. We have trust in the relationship. EOS has a very friendly approach!

Key Staff
Mark Hebron is critical to our relationship due to his skills as a designer and a problem solver. We are able to sit down and discuss everything with Mark and the team. Also, when we panic EOS can turn it around in 48 hours. They deliver the results very fast.
Future projects
We have commenced our third hospital with EOS at the moment. The project is based at Barker End Road in West Yorkshire and is constructing a Primary Care Unit. EOS are supplying all structural elements to this project to give a 13 week turnaround on the £10 million hospital. We have also just awarded a project of 157 apartments in Leeds to EOS. The involves manufacturing a 26 story student accommodation with 566 bedrooms in the centre of Leeds
